Mediterranea Design at Milan Design Week 2025
Three projects, one identity: where innovation, craftsmanship and Mediterranean spirit meet
For Milan Design Week 2025, Mediterranea Design will take part in three outstanding collaborations with iconic Italian brands from the worlds of fashion, food & wine, and lifestyle. Each project tells a different story, yet all are united by a common thread: the intersection of digital craftsmanship, sustainable design, and Mediterranean culture.

Ruggeri Valdobbiadene x Mediterranea Design
BEYOND75 – 5VIE District
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Ruggeri, a prestigious winery from Valdobbiadene, Mediterranea presents BEYOND75, a collectible 3D-printed design piece that blends tradition with cutting-edge technology.
Shaped after the rolling hills of the Prosecco region, the piece features six bottle alcoves – one left intentionally open to symbolize Ruggeri’s ever-evolving journey.
Made from sustainable PLA bioplastic in an elegant gold-bronze finish, BEYOND75 will be exhibited:
Wednesday, April 9 at Le Cavallerizze, Via Olona 6 (5VIE Night, 7:00–9:00 PM)
Friday, April 11 at Via Cesare Correnti, 14 (5VIE District, 7:00–9:00 PM)
An expressive dialogue between design, nature and heritage, captured in an object that looks boldly to the future.

Yamamay x Mediterranea Design
Design takes over the shop windows – Via Dante, Corso Vercelli, Corso Vittorio Emanuel
In collaboration with Yamamay, the renowned Italian lingerie brand, Mediterranea brings a contemporary, Mediterranean flair to the windows of three of its flagship stores.
From April 7 to 14, stores in Via Dante 18 (new opening), Corso Vittorio Emanuele (Via Passarella 4) and Corso Vercelli 12 will showcase Mediterranea’s furniture and accessories – a celebration of light, texture, color, and sustainability. A dialogue between fashion, innovation and design rooted in the warmth and creativity of southern Italy.

Sophia Loren Restaurant x Mediterranea Design
Mediterranean style meets fine dining – Via Cesare Cantù, 3
The iconic Sophia Loren Restaurant will feature a dedicated Mediterranea corner from April 7 to 14, transforming its space with a curated selection of furniture and objects inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle.
This collaboration blends haute cuisine with responsible design, showcasing the richness of Italian culture from the plate to the surroundings.
Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 PM, a special cocktail event will welcome guests from Yamamay, Sophia Loren Restaurant and Mediterranea Design to celebrate this unique intersection of design, fashion, and food excellence.
